Practitioner services and welfare records
When you book or take part in ENKNEAUXN practitioner services, the following may be collected and held: booking and contact details, intake information you choose to share (including access needs, emergency contacts and health-related information relevant to a date), session and debrief notes, and incident records where an incident occurs.
This information is used only to deliver the agreed booking safely, to hold welfare continuity across an agreed plan, and to meet safeguarding and legal duties.
Lawful bases: explicit consent for health-related and other special category information you choose to share; legitimate interests for booking administration; and legal obligation or vital interests where safeguarding requires action.
Retention: booking and invoicing records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes. Welfare records, including intake information, notes and incident records, are kept for 6 years from last contact, then securely deleted.
Sharing: welfare information is never shared beyond the agreed remit of a booking, except where safeguarding law requires it.
Anonymous usage signals
This site records a small number of anonymous usage signals to help improve its tools. These signals use no cookies, store nothing on your device, and contain no IP addresses, no identifiers and never anything you type. They cannot be linked to you and are only reviewed as aggregate counts. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control preference, no signals are sent. No third party analytics are used.
Cookies
ENKNEAUXN does not currently use cookies. Your browser’s own storage may hold small functional preferences (for example that you have already answered the entrance question, or your ticks on the policy read checklist); these stay on your device and are never sent to ENKNEAUXN. If that changes, this policy will be updated before any non-essential cookies are introduced, and consent will be asked for where required. You can also disable cookies in your browser settings.
Third party content
Some pages load fonts and embedded content (for example social media posts) from third party platforms. When your browser loads these, the platform may process your IP address under its own privacy policy.
Retention
Booking and invoicing records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes. Welfare records, including intake information, notes and incident records, are kept for 6 years from last contact, then securely deleted.
Your rights
You have rights to:
- Request access to your data stored.
- Ask to delete your data.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
ENKNEAUXN may retain information, even if you request deletion, where ENKNEAUXN and partners / collaborators / contractors / employers / volunteers / attendees etc are required to do so by law, to protect rights or the rights and safety of others, or where it is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. This includes retaining evidence of harassment, abuse or any conduct that may present a legal or safeguarding risk.
You have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the last updated date shown above.
